Refund & Return Policy

At Way Truth Life Clothing Co. (“WTL”), we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable
Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item.
Exchanges
Need a different product or replacement? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help based on current inventory.
Because some WTL products are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the same product will still be available for an exchange.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can get it resolved quickly.
If the issue is our mistake, WTL will cover the appropriate replacement or return costs.
Final Sale Items
Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law or where an item arrives defective or incorrect.
Limited Releases
Purchasing a limited-release WTL product does not affect your normal return eligibility unless the product was clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.
However, due to limited inventory, we may not be able to provide a replacement or exchange after a product sells out.
Gifts
If you received WTL as a gift, contact us and we’ll work with you on the available options. Refunds to the original payment method may require coordination with the original purchaser.
