At Way Truth Life Clothing Co. (“WTL”), we know you’re excited to receive your order. We personally pack each order with care and work to get it on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During new releases, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

U.S. Shipping.

WTL currently ships throughout the United States.Shipping options and applicable rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our current standard shipping offer is:

$5.95 Flat-Rate Shipping
FREE Shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more

Free-shipping thresholds are calculated based on qualifying merchandise after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside WTL's control may occasionally occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to scan your package and activate tracking after receiving your shipping notification.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us.

We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to help determine what happened and find the best available solution.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your WTL order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the package and product.

We want every WTL order to arrive the way it should, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

Shipping associated with returns and exchanges is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

International Shipping

WTL currently focuses on U.S. shipping. As we grow, we hope to make WTL available to customers in additional countries.
